NOTICE OF SUBSTITUTE TRUSTEE'S SALE WHEREAS, default has occurred in the performance of the covenants, terms and conditions of a Deed of Trust dated November 26, 2012, executed by ROBERT L. TAYLOR, JR. AND PAM M. TAYLOR, conveying certain real property therein described to JOSEPH B. NOTICE OF FORECLOSURE SALE

STATE OF TENNESSEE, WILSON COUNTY

WHEREAS, Billie Ann Clay executed a Deed of Trust to The CIT Group/Consumer Finance, Inc., Lender and Ernest B. Williams IV, Trustee(s), which was dated August 17, 2001 and recorded on August 21, 2001 in Book 869, Page 859, Wilson County, Tennessee Register of Deeds.

WHEREAS, default having been made in the payment of the debt(s) and obligation(s) thereby secured by the said Deed of Trust and the current holder of said Deed of Trust, The Bank of New York Mellon, the successor to JPMorgan Chase Bank, as Trustee for CIT Home Equity Loan Trust 2002-2, (the "Holder"), appointed the undersigned, Brock & Scott, PLLC, as Substitute Trustee, by an instrument duly recorded in the Office of the Register of Deeds of Wilson County, Tennessee, with all the rights, powers and privileges of the original Trustee named in said Deed of Trust; and

Land being in Wilson County, Tennessee and being more particularly described according to a survey by First Financial Surveyors, Inc., dated November 9, 1999, as follows; beginning at an iron pin in the westerly margin of Cainsville Road, said point being South 16 feet, more or less, from the intersection with the centerline of Greenwood Road, thence with said margin South 30 degrees 04' 04" East 125.85 feet to an iron pin; thence leaving said margin and with a fence line the following calls: South 77 degrees 45' 39" West 137.16 feet to a fence post; South 84 degrees 31' 41" West 55.98 feet to an iron pin at the fence post; North 00 degrees 15' 46" West 76.10 feet to a fence post; North 24 degrees 00' 42" East 94.13 feet to an iron pin at the fence post; thence South 78 degrees 03' 59" East 90.72 feet to the point of beginning and containing 0.48 acres, more or less.
This being the same property conveyed to Billie Ann Clay and Ronald B. Clay, Jr., by Quitclaim Deed dated August 17, 2001, and recorded in Book 869, Page 857, Register's Office for Wilson County, Tennessee.
This conveyance is subject to any and all existing easements and restrictions as shown of record.
