public hearing at 5:55 PM on July 21, 2015, in the Council Chambers for

the purpose of discussing and hearing comments from the citizens on the

proposed rezoning of unaddressed property on Highway 109 (Tax Map 55

Parcel 55) from RS20 - Low Density Single Family Residential to RP2 -

Medium Density/Professional Office. The public hearing for the proposed

rezoning is being conducted pursuant to the laws of the State of Tennessee
