THE CITY OF LEBANON HISTORIC PRESERVATION

COMMISSION WILL HAVE A WORK SESSION ON TUESDAY,

SEPTEMBER 08, 2015, AT 4:00 PM. THE COMMISSION WILL

MEET AT THE HEYDEL FINE ARTS PARKING LOT ON THE

CUMBERLAND UNIVERSITY CAMPUS TO TOUR THE

CUMBERLAND HISTORIC PRESERVATION STUDY AREA.

Invitation to Bid

The City of Lebanon is accepting sealed bids for the purchase of carpet and

flooring for the City Hall Administration Building 1st Floor.

Bid forms, specifications and drawings may be obtained from the office of the

Purchasing Agent, 200 N. Castle Heights Avenue, Lebanon, TN 37087. Bids

must be returned no later than September 3, 2015 by 10:00 a.m. Bids will be

opened and read aloud shortly thereafter In the same office.

An on-site visit is required for this bid, please contact Debbie Jessen

INVITATION TO BID

WILSON COUNTY, TENNESSEE

The Wilson County Finance Purchasing Agent is requesting sealed bids

from qualified vendors for:

Gbid-543- Ambulance Power Load System and Cot Rail System

For The Wilson County Emergency Management Agency

Opening Bid Date

September 9, 2015 At 1:00 P.M.

At The Wilson County Courthouse

For The Wilson County Finance Department

All sealed bids will be opened and read aloud before interested parties at time

indicated or shortly thereafter in the Wilson County Finance Department,

228 East Main Street, Room 205, P. O. Box 248, Lebanon, TN. 37088-0248.

Prospective vendors may wish to call the Wilson County Finance Department

at (615) 443-2630 during regular business hours Monday through Friday to

obtain a bid package. The Wilson County Finance Director/Purchasing Agent

reserves the right to reject any or all bids, to accept any portion of any bid,

or to accept other than the bid with the lowest cost meeting specifications.

PUBLIC NOTICE

In reference to Ordinance No. 15-5013, notice is hereby given that the Mayor

and City Council of the City of Lebanon, Tennessee, will hold a public

hearing at 5:55 PM on September 15, 2015, in the Council Chambers for

the purpose of discussing and hearing comments from the citizens on the

proposed rezoning of about approximately 1.50 acres more or less, located

at 1411 Alhambra Drive (Tax Map 58 Parcel 15.17) from RS20 (Low Density

Single Family Residential) to RD9 (Medium Density Residential) and IL

(Light Industrial) in Ward 1. The public hearing for the proposed rezoning

is being conducted pursuant to the laws of the State of Tennessee (TCA 13-

7-203 and 13-7-204) and the City of Lebanon, Tennessee. Copies of the map

showing the proposed rezoning are available for inspection at the following

locations: City of Lebanon Mayor's Office, Engineering Office and Planning

Office at 200 North Castle Heights Avenue. Questions can be addressed to

Paul Corder at 444-3647 x2321. The public is welcome to attend.
