Legends Drive to be extended, $4.6 million project

Lebanon City Council voted Tuesday night on a bid of $4.6 million to extend Legends Drive - in hopes of attracting new restaurants, retail and more. Mayor Philip Craighead broke the 3-3 tie with council members Lanny Jewell, Bernie Ash and Rick Bell voting against. The bid went to Brown Builders of Springfield.
