Lebanon 3, Friendship Christian 1
LEBANON -- The Lady Devils of Lebanon High moved to 18-5 following Wednesday's 3-1 win over Friendship Christian at the Bay Family Sportsplex. Game scores: 25-20, 25-22, 22-25 and 25-15.

Nicole Painter paced the Lady Devils with 17 kills and four blocks while Briana Clemmons finished with 12 kills and eight digs. Jasmine Fuqua added nine kills and 12 digs; Zia Hamilton recorded 38 assists and nine digs while Erin Arnold had 12 digs and two aces.

FCS, 18-18 overall after the loss, saw Morgan Vallett lead the way with 12 kills and seven digs. Bayley West finished with 10 kills and five digs; Aja Jones had nine kills and six blocks. Libby Nave had 24 digs; Madison Bryant 40 assists and Cameron Burton had 13 digs.

LHS willhost Gallatin Thursday, Oct. 1 for Senior Night. First serve is set for 6 p.m.

Cookeville 3, Wilson Central 0
GLADEVILLE -- Wilson Central slipped to 14-20 after a 3-0 home loss to Cookeville Wednesday by scores of 16-25, 17-25 and 12-25.

Averi Usher led WCHS with nine kills and two digs while Taylor Tucker had three kills, three blocks and an ace. Megan Belcher finished with 13 assists, a kill and a dig; Kendal Tomlin had nine digs and three aces; Ashlyn Guethlein had eight digs.

Watertown 3, MTCS 0
MURFREESBORO -- Watertown's Tigerettes improved to 17-9 on the season after Tuesday's 3-0 win at Middle Tennessee Christian School. Game scores: 25-23, 25-18 and 25-20.

Paige Mock posted eight kills, eight digs, four aces and a block while Alaina Johnson had six kills, five digs and two blocks.

Emily Woodson had eight digs and two aces; Brenna Luttrell had three kills and two digs; Victoria Foster had six digs and Cayla Jacob four kills.

The Tigerettes host Smith County Thursday at 5:30 p.m. Senior Night activites are planned for 5:15 p.m.

Watertown will open District 8-A tournament play 5:30 p.m. Tuesday, Oct. 6 against Merrol Hyde with the winner moving on to play host Gordonsville at 8:30 p.m.
