Freed Hardeman University in Henderson has released the names of students who made the president's list and the dean's list for spring 2017. Fourteen Wilson County students were recognized.
To be on the president's list, a student must be full-time and have a 4.0 grade-point average. The following students were on the list: Tyler Alverson, a sophomore Bible major from Lebanon; Jessica Beckham, a freshman accounting major from Mt. Juliet; Alex Britt, a senior accounting major from Lebanon; Amelia Smith, a senior child and family studies major from Lebanon; and Shelby Wright, a sophomore nursing major from Lebanon.
Recognition on the dean's list requires full-time status and a minimum grade-point average of 3.40 for the semester. The following students were on the dean's list: Emily Arnold, a sophomore nursing major from Mt. Juliet; Lily Bombard, a freshman management major from Mt. Juliet; Grace Cantrell, a sophomore nursing major from Mt. Juliet; Morgan Clemmons, a freshman criminal justice major from Lebanon; Murry Lee, a junior Bible Major from Lebanon; Leila Matheny, a junior management major from Mt. Juliet; Braden Miller, a sophomore theatre performance major from Lebanon; Marla Nordstrom, a junior psychology major from Mt. Juilet; and Annah Smith, a sophomore communication/public relations major from Lebanon.
