Police responded and collected evidence, including photos of footprints on an air unit which was used as a step to reach a window.

Bowen said after the burglary call was made, police received another call of someone walking door-to-door selling steaks. Officers made contact with the subject, James Muncie, and located some of the items reportedly stolen from the residence in his possession. Officers also noticed that Muncies shoe tread appeared to match the prints found on the air unit.

Muncie, 44, of 903 Murfreesboro Road, Lebanon, was arrested and charged.
