Marion was arrested on Oct. 28, 2011, and charged with attempted second degree murder and aggravated assault for an incident that occurred on May 13, 2011. Marion allegedly stabbed James Raymond, 47, in the chest with a knife at 1209 Murfreesboro Road.

Marion reportedly left the scene after the incident and authorities found his current address at that time was listed as Portsmith, Ark. According to authorities, alcohol was involved in the incident.

Raymond sustained a life-threatening injury, but made a full recovery in the months following the incident.

After his arrest in October 2011, Swink said Marion posted a bond of $12,500 and was released. However, due to failing to appear in court in March, authorities arrested him once again.

Swink said Marion has a disposition hearing set for July 27.
