LEBANON -- Maple Hill Sports Center, 105 Carver Lane, is holding sign-ups for a fun after-school recreation program for elementary children in grades 1-6, 3 p.m. to 5:30 p.m. weekdays.

The program (FIT-4-Life) will begin in September and will offers recreational fun that encourages fitness and builds coordination and agility; daily inspirational motivation and positive life skills; fun games and sports training for a variety of different sports.
Brian Gaines, a licensed sports trainer and coach, and owner of “Knowledge of the Game” sports training company, along with other athletes will provide the sports training.
“We just completed our second year in business, and we are excited to take the Sports Center to a new level, and offer a positive youth sports training/recreation program,” said Sports Center owner, Sue Siens.
“Brian Gaines comes highly recommended, and we are so pleased that he will be coordinating the training at our facility. We have a fun, sports-oriented center with miniature golf, batting cages, aeroball (a trampoline/basketball game), arcade, and an event room.
