Funeral services will be held 2 p.m. Friday, March 13 at the Sellars Funeral Home on the Baddour Parkway for Mrs. Pope, 86, of Lebanon. The widow of the late Vernon Pope, she died early Tuesday morning March 10, 2015 at her residence.

The family will be receiving friends at Sellars Funeral Home 2-8 p.m. Thursday and from 12 Noon until service on Friday.

Services will be conducted by Brother Richard Neal and Brother Glenn Creasy. Interment will follow in Wilson County Memorial Gardens.

Survivors include: sons V. Ray Pope and Donald E. Pope, grandchildren Ray (Tammy) Pope, Jr., Donald (Christy) Pope, Jr., Jason (April) Pope, James Pope and Erica (Dwayne) Pope Winfree.

Also surviving are 16 great-grandchildren, siblings Jimmy (Linda) Gann, Charles (Sharon) Gann, Billie Faye Griffin, Edith Styles and Paulette Beasley.

In addition to her father, she is preceded in death by parents William V. Lynch and Alice Whitehead Lynch Gann, stepfather Louis Gann, siblings Milton Gann, Kenneth Gann, Robert Gann, Odell Gann and sister Louise Lynch Watson.

Arrangements are in the care of Sellars Funeral Home, Lebanon.
