WATERTOWN – Funeral services were held Monday afternoon, October 6 at the Hunter Funeral Home for Mrs. Robinson, 91, of Watertown.
Born in Liberty to the late John and Olivia Campbell Shehane, and formerly employed at the Watertown Garment Factory, Mrs. Robinson died Oct. 4, 2008 at the Woodbury Nursing Home.
Services were conducted by the Rev. Don Mathis with burial at the Salem Cemetery.
Survivors include: children Vernon Wade (Carol) Robinson of Lebanon and Shirley (Jimmy) Browning of Alexandria; grandchildren Vernon Wade Jancho, Steven Leslie Jancho, Gregory (Linda) Hartman, Kim (Steve) Clark and Vadra Hartman.
Also surviving are 12 great grandchildren and four great, great grandchildren; sister Teen (Glenn) Stinson and Turney (Louise) Shehane.
She is preceded in death by husband Vernon B. Robinson; sisters Odell Mathis, Bea Southworth and Geneva Bellestri and brothers Buster and Ferman Shehane.
Grandsons and great grandsons served as pallbearers.
Hunter Funeral Home was in charge of arrangements.
