How often can you get free dental work this day and age?
Rarely, if ever.
However, on Saturday, Feb. 27, popular local Mt. Juliet dentists Dr. Snodgrass and Dr. King will open their doors for anyone who needs help.
They are celebrating Dental Health Month in a big way with this free dental day only at their Mt. Juliet and Cool Springs locations.
"Mt. Juliet has supported SnodgrassKing for almost 30 years now, and this is just our way of giving back," Snodgrass said. "We want to treat those who need dental care, but do not have dental insurance, or do not have the means to pay for it. Our main goal is to get children and adults out of pain."
Their practice, located in south Mt. Juliet, will open sharply at 7 a.m. and they will treat as many people as possible until 3 p.m. Services provided will be simple fillings and tooth extractions.
King said there would be no appointments and it will be a first come, first serve basis.
"So, if you would like to be seen we advise you to come early that Saturday morning," he said.
Last year's Free Dental Day SnodgrassKing treated nearly 500 middle Tennesseans, with a whooping $200,000 in dental treatment.
"Everyone we saw last year was so appreciative of our services," Snodgrass noted. "It was quite a humbling experience. Our doctors and staff are looking forward to this Free Dental Day and hope to have success in relieving a lot of people from pain.
SnodgrassKing has been in business since 1987 and has five locations.
