MJ man accused of uploading child pornography to Instagram

A Mt. Juliet man has been indicted on multiple charges of child sexual exploitaton after allegedly uploading child pornography to Instagram.

In December 2014, detectives launched an aggressive investigation after they were notified via a cyber-tip that someone was uploading child pornography to the internet from an address in the 200 block of Whitnell Drive in Mt. Juliet.

A search warrant was obtained and executed at the home of Dustin S. Locke, 34, of Mt. Juliet, where detectives determined the images were uploaded.

Detectives have identified the victim and are confident that there are no other victims. No information was given if the victim was also local.

Locke was indicted by a Wilson County grand jury on 10 counts of Aggravated Sexual Exploitation of a Minor. He was arrested without incident and booked into the Wilson County Jail on March 18 is being held on a $50,000 bond.
