Bears will host West Creek Tuesday
GALLATIN -- Mt. Juliet repeated as District 9-AAA tournament camp Thursday night with a 2-0 win over No. 1 seed Station Camp at Gallatin High School.

With the victory, the Golden Bears improved to 15-4 on the season and earned the right to host West Creek High Tuesday, May 13 at 7 p.m. in the opening round of the Region 5-AAA tournament.

West Creek stands 10-9 overall and is the District 10-AAA runner-up, having lost 2-0 to Rossview in Thursday's tournament final.

Dylan Cole turned away nine shots in goal while David Sevier and Cameron Woodfin each scored second half goals for Mt. Juliet.

GALLATIN -- Goalie Dylan Cole turned away 15 shots as Mt. Juliet advanced to the District 9-AAA soccer tournament finals with a 4-3 overtime win over powerful Hendersonville in Tuesday’s semifinals at Gallatin High.

Tanner Dabell scored two goals, including the game-winner in overtime, a laser shot from 25 yards out high into the top corner.

Austin Coleman scored two goals and added an assist while Cameron Woodfin finished with two assists. Colbe Earles added an assist as well.
