If you are without plans and searching for good live music this Friday night - go to Silverado's East in Lebanon for Nashville's Next Big Twang.

Louisiana-born singer/songwriter Gyth Rigdon is in the lineup of up-and-coming country acts scheduled to perform. Rigdon, who moved to Nashville just two years ago, is gearing up to release his first record.

He said Chris Stapleton and James Otto are musical influences. "When I first started playing, I wanted to be country - but it has turned into more of a blues-rock kind of style," he explained.

Shawn Lacy and Payton Taylor will also perform.

The event is presented by Vision Music, Inc. Bringing some of Nashville's top musical talent out of the city and into venues in Wilson County is a top priority for Vision Music President Caleb Brock.

Brock formed Vision Music with friend, John Mires, in 2010. Their first big concert featured Aaron Tippin at The Mill that same year. This past March, they presented Daryle Singletary at Silverado's.
