Following the initial collision, Whaleys vehicle then struck a 1992 Ford XPL driven by Chris Gibbs of 438 Lealand Lane, Lebanon, who was traveling southbound on North College.
Gibbs vehicle then struck the crosswalk signal pole in the north corner of the intersection, knocking it down.
Whaley told authorities she believed the west and eastbound traffic had a green light, while Gibbs and Haynes stated north and southbound traffic had the green light and that Whaley ran the red light.
Lebanon Police Chief Scott Bowen said no citations were issued in the wreck, but that Whaley had contributing actions to the crash, which were inattentive driver.
