A memorial service will be held 6 p.m. Wednesday, May 16 at Sellars Funeral Home in Lebanon for Mr. Page, 19.
A 2011 graduate of Mt. Juliet High School, he died May 9, 2012.
Visitation is from 4 p.m. until the service Wednesday.
