Funeral services will be held 2 p.m. Sunday, July 22 at the Sellars Funeral Home on the Baddour Parkway for Mr. Smith, 81, of Lebanon. He died July 18, 2012 at Summit Medical Center.
Interment will be in the Wilson County Memorial Gardens.
