Funeral services were conducted Tuesday morning, Feb. 26 at Nashville's Gateway Missionary Baptist Church for Mr. Clariday, 84, of Mt. Juliet. A Bronze Star recipient during his service with the U.S. Army in Korea, Mr. Clariday died Thursday, Feb. 21, 2013.

He was the owner of Plaza Barber Shop and for over 40 years was a member of the Donelson Kiwanis Club. Burial was at Woodlawn Memorial Park.
