Philip "Phil" Wilson Bennett, 62

Funeral services will be held 1 p.m. Tuesday, April 14 at Lebanon's Ligon & Bobo Funeral Home for Mr. Bennett, 62, of Mt. Juliet.

Retired from Performance Food Group and a former on-the-air personality at Lebanon's WCOR, he died April 11, 2015, at Vanderbilt University Medical Center.

Born June 3, 1952, he was the only son of Frank Wilson Bennett and Dorothy Holladay Bennett and was a 1970 graduate of Lebanon High School. Mr. Bennett attended Joy Church International in Mt. Juliet.

Services will be conducted by Rev. Billie Friel and Pastor Rob Simms. Interment will be in Wilson County Memorial Gardens.

The family will receive friends Monday between the hours of 4-7 p.m. and Tuesday after 11 a.m.

Survivors include his wife of 40 years, Diane Bates Bennett; son Zachary (Audrey) Bennett; as well as aunts Maurine Henley, Hazel Gann and Elizabeth (Bill) Ragsdale.

Pallbearers: Larry Joyner, Randy Randall, Charles Thurman, Darris Crawford, Bob Croy and Ken Pritchett.

Arrangements are in the care of Lebanon's Ligon & Bobo Funeral Home.
