Pow Wow delights despite heat

Although the temps were soaring, it didn't keep thousands from attending the 35th annual Mt. Juliet Pow Wow. The two-day event included Native American dance competition and hundreds of booths filled with authentic Native American crafts and food. Pictured are John Grey Hawk, who designed this year's commemorative Pow Wow shirts, Pow Wow organizer Cindy Yahola and her daughter Aspen, who participated in the competitions.
