LEBANON -- Steven Hollis scored touchdowns on runs of 82 and 63 yards Friday night to lead Friendship Christian to a 35-0 win over Trousdale County at Pirtle Field.
The Commanders (3-0) dominated on the ground with over 350 yards rushing as Hollis finished with 175 yards on 12 attempts.
FCS is scheduled to host Division II power Knoxville Webb Friday, Sept. 19.
Lincoln Co. 21, Lebanon 7
FAYETTEVILLE -- Lincoln County took advantage of four Lebanon turnovers and scored two second half touchdowns to defeat the Blue Devils 21-7 Friday at Meadows - Thompson Stadium.
Taye Davis led all rushers with 145 yards on 18 carries as Lebanon slid to 0-4 on the season headed into a Sept. 19 road game at Station Camp.
Blackman 49, Mt. Juliet 21
MURFREESBORO -- No. 2-ranked Blackman piled up nearly 600 yards in total offense in Friday night's 49-21 win over Mt. Juliet at "The Inferno".
The loss was the first of the season for the Golden Bears who stand 3-1. Mt. Juliet will be back in action at District 9AAA rival Wilson Central Friday, Sept. 19
