Wilson Central and Lebanon square off tonight in a District 9AAA contest that is of vital importance to both programs.

Kickoff is set for 7 p.m. at Tribble Field / Watkins Stadium. Live radio coverage begins at 6:30 p.m. on WANT FM-98.9 and WAMB FM-99.3

Coach Brad Dedman's Wildcats enter tonight's game 3-5 overall and 2-3 in the district. With two straight wins to close out the season, Wilson Central might have a shot at the TSSAA postseason.

The Blue Devils (0-8) would like nothing better than to knock their rivals out of the playoff picture while finally getting one in the win column.

Wilson Central has won seven out of the last 11 meetings between the rivals.

The last Lebanon High victory against WCHS was a 21-11 decision back in 2009.

Mt. Juliet hosts Gallatin
Hoping to right the ship after a three-game losing streak, Mt. Juliet will host District 9AAA rival Gallatin tonight.

The Golden Bears (4-4) take on a red-hot Gallatin squad -- winners of four consecutive games and sporting a 5-3 overall mark.

Goodpasture at Watertown
Winners in three out of their last four outings, Watertown will entertain Goodpasture tonight in a District 8A game. Kickoff is set for 7 p.m. at Robinson Stadium.

The Tigers stand 3-5 overall while Goodpasture comes in winless at 0-8.

MJCA at Zion Christian
Mt. Juliet Christian Academy (1-7) will be on the road tonight as the Saints travel to Columbia to take on Zion Christian. Zion enters the game at 3-5 overall.

Friendship at Fayetteville
Coming off a solid defensive effort in last week's 13-6 win at DCA, Friendship Christian takes a record of 7-1 to 2-6 Fayetteville tonight.
