In accordance with Tenn. Code ANN. 21-1-204, service upon Mark J. Zumbro, Defendant, shall be effected by publication.

Plaintiff has made numerous attempts at traditional means of service of process which include, service of process through private server that have been utilized on more than one occasion.

Each of the aforementioned attempts at personal service upon Defendant, have been unsuccessful.

There exists no information in the present case which would suggest that any further attempts of personal service of process upon the Defendant, will render any different result from previous attempts made by Plaintiff.

IT IS THEREFORE ORDERED, ADJUDGED AND DECREED, THAT Plaintiff has exhausted all available traditional means of personal service of process upon Defendants, Mark J.
