SUBSTITUTE TRUSTEE'S SALE

Sale at public auction will be on May 18, 2017 on or about 10:00AM local time, at the front door, Wilson County Courthouse, Lebanon, Tennessee, conducted by the Substitute Trustee as identified and set forth herein below, pursuant to Deed of Trust executed by MICHAEL VESCERA AND MAUREEN VESCERA, to ROBERT M WILSON JR., Trustee, on December 22, 2006, at Record Book 1223, Page 1736 as Instrument No. 07321870 in the real property records of Wilson County Register's Office, Tennessee.

Owner of Debt: The Bank of New York Mellon FKA The Bank of New York, as Trustee for the certificateholders of the CWABS, Inc., ASSET-BACKED CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2007-1

The following real estate located in Wilson County, Tennessee, will be sold to the highest call bidder subject to all unpaid taxes, prior liens and encumbrances of record:

Being Lot No. 28 on the plan of Georgetown Subdivision, as of record in Plat Book 11, page 24, and revised in Plat Book 16, page 127, Register`s Office for Wilson County, Tennessee, to which said plan reference is hereby made for a more complete and accurate legal description thereof.

Being the same property conveyed to Michael Vescera and wife, Maureen Vescera, by deed from Robert E. Appleby, and wife, Carlene Appleby as of record in Record Book 1223, page 1734, Register`s Office for said County.
