SUCCESSOR TRUSTEE'S NOTICE OF SALE
By Deed of Trust dated February 22, 2013, of record at Book 1531, Page 1535, in the Register's Office for Wilson County, Tennessee, William Mark Alford and wife, Shannon Alford a/k/a Shannon Larawn Alford, conveyed to FMLS, Inc., Trustee, the hereinafter described real estate to secure the payment of all of their debts owing to Regions Bank. On December 8, 2016, Walter N. Winchester was appointed and designated Successor Trustee under the aforesaid Deed of Trust.
