NOTICE OF SUBSTITUTE TRUSTEE'S SALE WHEREAS, default has occurred in the performance of the covenants, terms and conditions of a Deed of Trust dated March 27, 2007, executed by Richard D. Morrow and Valerie Morrow, conveying certain real property therein described to JOSEPH B. The Lebanon Special School District is requesting proposals from licensed professional Construction Managers to manage the renovations, additions, and sitework necessary to construct the districts new central office.
