WHEREAS, by Deed of Trust dated the 20th day of November, 2006, of record in Book 1222, Page 48, in the Register's Office for Wilson County, TN, TERESA DIANE SHEHAN (the "Grantor") conveyed to Terry Renoux, Trustee, the hereinafter described real estate to secure the payment of Grantor's Promissory Note described therein owing; and
