This Order for Service of Process Through Publication is hereby made in reference to the aforementioned case, and shall appear to the Court as follows:

In accordance with Tenn. Code Amt. §21-1-204, service upon Chris Meisner, , Defendant, shall be effected by publication. Plaintiff has made numerous attempts at traditional means of service of process which include, service of process through private server that have been utilized on more than one occasion. Each of the aforementioned attempts at personal service upon Defendant, have been under a one year period of time, and each was unsuccessful. There exists no information in the present case which would suggest that any further attempts of personal service of process upon the Defendant, will render any

different result from previous attempts made by Plaintiff. IT IS THEREFORE ORDERED, ADJUDGED AND DECREED, that Plaintiff

has exhausted all available traditional means of personal service of process upon Defendant, Chris Meisner, and that in the interest of the administration of justice, and in accordance with Tenn. Code Ann. § 21-1-204, personal service of process through

publication shall be made upon said Defendant. All costs associated with this Agreed Order and other expenses incurred by

Plaintiff, shall be charged to Defendant.

NOTICE OF SUBSTITUTE TRUSTEE'S SALE

WHEREAS, Robert W. King, executed a Deed of Trust, Assignment of Rents and Security Agreement to Randall Clemons, Trustee, dated April 15, 2011, of record in Book 1438, Page 1, Register's Office for Wilson County, Tennessee, to secure an indebtedness evidenced by a Promissory Note payable to the order of Wilson Bank & Trust, hereinafter referred to as the "Deed of Trust"; and
