Shooting suspect still sought

Lebanon Police are continuing to search for a suspect, or suspects, in a shooting incident that occurred at about 10:22 p.m., Saturday, June 7.

No one was injured.

According to a report from the Lebanon Police Department, the victim, identified as Monica Stafford who resides on Webster Lane, told the responding officer that she was awakened by the sounds of gunshots near her home.

Upon further investigation, two bullet holes were found in her mobile home and a .380 caliber projectile was located in the kitchen near the hallway. Also found were four .380 shell casings outside the residence.

Stafford told police she did not know of anyone who would want to shoot at her residence and did not know of anyone who would be upset with her.

A detective responded and the scene was processed with the shell casing, projectile and photographs collected as evidence.
