Lady Devils host Brentwood April 13
LEBANON -- Bouncing back from a tough 6-5 loss at Friendship Christian on Friday, Lebanon broke out the bats in Monday's 11-1 home win over Mt. Juliet in a makeup of a contest rained out earlier this season.

The Lady Devils (15-10-1) pounded out nine hits, scoring five runs in the first, two more in the second and four in the top of the fifth.

Sarah Aubuchon ripped a pair of extra-base hits, with a double in the first and a long solo homer in the fifth inning. Shelby Jones and Anna Bennett each had two hits for LHS while Jones and Brooke McClendon each drove in three runs.

Anna Smallwood recorded the win for Lebanon, allowing one run over five innings. The junior struck out one, walked three and scattered five hits.

The Lady Devils are scheduled to be back in action Wednesday hosting Brentowwd High in a 5 p.m. contest.

District 9-AAA rival Beech visits LHS for a 5 p.m. game Friday.
