The victims wife and two children were home and all three were forced into a bedroom.

The suspects took the victims wallet and keys. They left in a silver car with a white male driver who has not yet been identified, Bowen said, noting that all three suspects who were inside the house have been identified. Terrence Shaw, 22, of 159 Upton Heights was arrested and charged with aggravated robbery.

A juvenile petition has been issued for the juvenile and an arrest warrant has been issued for the other suspect involved.

No one was hurt during this robbery, Bowen said.

He added that at the time of the incident, Shaw was on probation for another home invasion robbery that occurred in April 2011.

Police believe that the incident on Tuesday night may be gang- and/or drug-related, the chief said.
