Suspect sought in Monday's Pinnacle Bank robbery

LEBANON -- A suspect in the robbery Monday of the Pinnacle Bank at 411 South Cumberland Street is being sought by detectives with the Lebanon Police Department and agents with the Federal Bureau of Investigation.

The incident occurred at about 1:45 p.m. Lebanon Police Chief Scott Bowen said the suspect, a white male, was armed with a chrome handgun. He entered the bank, produced a bag and demanded money from a clerk. The suspect then left the scene in a vehicle in an unknown direction.

The suspect, Bowen said, is described as 5 foot 7 inches to 5 foot 9 inches tall with medium build and was wearing a camo shirt, blue and white hat with black braids or a black wig.
