Funeral services will be held 11 a.m. Thursday, Oct. 23 at Ligon & Bobo Funeral Home for Mr. Worley, 86, of Lebanon.

A Wilson County native retired from Lebanon Woolen Mills after 43 years, he died Tuesday, Oct. 21, 2014 at his home. A member of Southside Baptist Church, Mr. Worley also worked as a janitor at Quality Care Nursing Home and Lebanon High School.

Visitation will be held 12 Noon - 8 p.m. Wednesday and Thursday after 9 a.m. at Ligon & Bobo. Burial will follow at Wilson County Memorial Gardens.

Survivors include: his wife of 61 years, Florence Lorene Hall Worley; children Ray (Lisa Rosenboom) Worley and Betty Darlene (Jimmy) Shrum; grandchildren: Cody Worley and Jessica (Jonathan Pfingsten) Shrum; great grandchildren Jass and Chad Worley; siblings Tommy Worley, Estelle Hudson, Dora Coutier and Ruby Romiero; as well as numerous nieces and nephews.

Honorary pallbearers: Scott Benson, Randall Hutto, Bill Hayes, Jackie Gaither, Ron Johnson, Gary Bush and Jimmy Ray Morton. Active pallbearers: Charlie Hall, Al Roberts, Marty Sullins, Robert Hall Jr., Jonathan Pfingsten and Terry Binion.

Lebanon's Ligon & Bobo Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
