Bill Durham, longtime employee of the City of Lebanon, passed away Tuesday, July 8, 2014 at age 59.
The family will be receiving friends at Sellars Funeral Home on the Baddour Parkway between the hours of 5-8 p.m. Friday, July 11.
A 1972 graduate of Lebanon High School, Mr. Durham formerly worked in an administrative position with the City Of Lebanon as Director Of Personnel. He was a former board member of the Lebanon Housing Authority and was a volunteer with Compassionate Hands. Mr. Durham was active with the Boy Scouts of America, having served as a Scout Leader.
A memorial service will be held 10 a.m. Saturday, July 12 at Sellars Funeral Home.
Honorary pallbearers: Phillip Craighead, Neal Oakley, Bill Manning, Jim Kirk, Eddie Thompson, Dan Wright and Patrick Johnson.

Survivors include his wife Lee Ann Beard Durham; children Elizabeth (Russell) Kirby, Lyle Durham and Juwan Talley Durham; father James Durham; siblings David (Tania) Durham and Jamie (Stan) Harper; and grandchild Duke Kirby.
He is preceded in death by mother Claudine Brown Durham.
Arrangements are in the care of Sellars Funeral Home, Lebanon.
