Wilson County 4-H members attend Academic Conference

Four Wilson County 4-H members recently attended the state's 4-H Academic Conference, joining more than 150 other youth from across Tennessee. During the week-long event, participants received hands-on training in their 4-H project area under the supervision of University of Tennessee specialists and had the chance to explore related career opportunities. They also participated in a service project and enjoyed a trip to Dollywood. Locals in attendance were: Brandon Shrum (Dairy Products/Food Nutrition), Grace Powell (Sheep), Avery Lamberson (Forestry) and Gunner Gossett (Consumer Education). SUBMITTED
