SALE WHEREAS, default has occurred

in the performance of the covenants,

terms and conditions of a Deed of Trust

dated September 21, 2009, executed by

ASHLEY TUCK, conveying certain real

property therein described to FRANK

ALVSTAD, as Trustee, as same appears

of record in the Register's Offi ce

of Wilson County, Tennessee recorded

October 2, 2009, in Deed Book 1372,

Page 1596-1606; and WHEREAS, the

benefi cial interest of said Deed of Trust

was last transferred and assigned to

U.S. Bank Trust, N.A., as Trustee for

is now the owner of said debt; and
