  3. Coffee/Water Cooler Services for City Departments and
  4. Refuse Carts for the Sanitation Department

Bid forms and specifications may be obtained from the office of the

Purchasing Department, 200 N. Castle Heights Avenue, Lebanon, TN

37087, Bids must be returned no later than September 22, 2015. Bids for

the roof repair must be returned by 10:00 a.m. Bids for the rescue/utility

vehicle must be returned by 10:15 a.m. Bids for the coffee service must

be returned by 10:30 a.m. Bids for the refuse carts must be returned by

2:00 p.m. Bids will be opened and read aloud shortly thereafter in the

same office.
