FRANKLIN -- Wilson Central's wrestling team improved to 37-5 on the season after polishing off Knoxville Halls 48-25 in Friday afternoon's opening round of the TSSAA Class AAA state duals at the Williamson County Expo Center.

With the win, the Wildcats advance to Friday's 7 p.m. quarterfinals against Tennessee High of Bristol -- a 43-34 winner over Stone Memorial earlier today.

Tonight's winner moves on to the semifinals Saturday at 1 p.m.
