GREENSBORO, NC -- Wilson Central High's Michael Kramer earned AAU All-America status for his efforts in the Super 32 Challenge National Wrestling Tournament held at the Greensboro Coliseum.

A sophomore heavyweight, Kramer earned a medal with a sixth place finish in the renowned tournament.

In fact, the Super 32 Challenge has been held since 2000 and Tennesseeans have earned just 16 medals in that span.

Michael's older brother Johnny placed fifth as a high school senior -- becoming one of two sets of Tennessee brothers to place at this event

Kramer defeated a state champion from Georgia, a state qualifier from Pennsylvania and the number one seed in the tournament's 285-pound division.
