Central wins Wildcat Invitational
GLADEVILLE -- Wilson Central saw five wrestlers bring home first place finishes and took top team honors in Saturday's Wildcat Invitational.

WCHS scored 240 points as 13 grapplers placed in the top four of their weight classes. Chattanooga Baylor finished second at 222, Beech placed third at 175 and Blackman 169 in the ten-team tournament.

Next up for Wilson Central is a Thursday, Jan. 14 three-way match at Clarksvilee High vs. Northwest and host Clarksville.
Saturday, Jan. 16 WCHS will compete in the Heritage High Duals in Maryville.

LHS competes at Father Ryan
NASHVILLE -- Lebanon High's Sean Sesnan won the 106-pound championship of the Johnny Drennon Invitational at Father Ryan Saturday, leading the team to a sixth place finish out of 31 teams.

Four other Blue Devils medaled, including:
113 Nathan Sheilds, sixth place
145 Ryan Brown, fifth place
170 Joshua Ezeta, fifth place
182 Justin Brown, fourth place

LHS will travel to Montgomery County Thursday for a three-way match at Kenwood High with Harpeth High as the third team.
Saturday, Jan. 16 the Blue Devils will participate in the KInox Halls Invitational.
